Mission Pet Health seeks a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian to build and lead a new practice within its network. You will establish a medical culture of excellence, mentor a clinical team, and drive hospital growth with ownership and equity options.

Ideal candidates bring a DVM license, 4+ years of clinical experience, and an entrepreneurial leadership mindset, plus a track record in mentorship and team development.

Qualifications

• DVM degree required with license in good standing.
• Minimum 4+ years as a veterinarian with strong medicine, surgery, and dentistry foundation.
• Compensation and ownership are tied to performance and leadership impact.
• Leadership or management experience is strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a high-performing veterinary practice culture.
• Mentor and develop associate veterinarians and support staff.
• Set and maintain standard of care across medical and surgical services.
• Partner with Hospital Manager on financial performance and growth.
