Mission Pet Health is seeking a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian to establish a premier practice in Philadelphia's Western Main Line. You will shape culture, mentor a veterinary team, and drive clinical excellence in a state-of-the-art facility.

The role offers equity options, a potential cash incentive exceeding $1M, a competitive base salary with a monthly production bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits within a nationwide veterinary network.

Qualifikationen

• DVM degree and a license in good standing to practice.
• Minimum 4+ years veterinary experience with general medicine, surgery and dentistry.
• Compassionate, collaborative leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and understanding of building a successful practice.
• Formal leadership or management experience is a plus.

• Build a client-first, boutique medical culture in a premium setting.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor associate veterinarians and staff.
• Set and maintain high standards of care, mentoring in surgery and dentistry.
• Partner with Hospital Manager on financial performance and growth.
