Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian in Rolesville, NC to build and lead a high-caliber hospital within a nationwide network. You will create a gold-standard medical culture, mentor a growing team, and drive clinical and business outcomes as an owner.

You will shape medical strategy, recruit and develop veterinarians and staff, and partner with hospital leadership to grow the practice. Equity options and strong compensation accompany this leadership role.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and license in good standing to practice.
• Minimum 4+ years' experience as a veterinarian with strong medicine, surgery, and dentistry foundations.
• Compassionate, collaborative leadership with ability to mentor staff.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of running a successful practice.
• Previous formal leadership or management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a client-first, collaborative culture and set medical excellence standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop associate veterinarians and staff.
• Lead medical and surgical excellence and mentor in general surgery and dentistry.
• Partner with Hospital Manager to manage financial performance and drive growth.
