Beloit College invites applications for a founding Program Director for its new Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program. This full-time, 12-month role offers the chance to shape curriculum, identity, and culture at a liberal arts institution committed to interdisciplinary education and community impact.

The director will lead ARC-PA accreditation efforts, develop partnerships across the region, recruit and mentor faculty, and establish policies and outcomes for a program built

Qualifications

• Physician assistant with NCCPA certification and master's degree.
• Experience in higher education administration and program development.
• Ability to lead ARC-PA accreditation processes.
• Willingness to build a PA program from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program development and ARC-PA accreditation.
• Develop mission, outcomes, curriculum, policies and assessment systems.
• Establish clinical partnerships and oversee student experiences.
• Recruit, hire and mentor faculty; manage program administration.
• Support admissions, communications, and external funding efforts.
• Engage in scholarship and service to the college and PA field.
