Qualifications

• Entry-to-practice PA degree from an ARC-PA-accredited program and regionally-accredited institution.
• Earned masters degree from a regionally-accredited institution.
• Minimum teaching experience: 4 years at Assistant Professor; 10 years full-time teaching (5 years if doctoral degree).
• Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care as an occupational therapist.
• Evidence of scholarly activity aligned with Boyer’s Model; active engagement in area of specialization.
• Current, valid Ohio PA licensure (or eligibility); NCCPA certification; ARC-PA qualifications; BLS and ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program.
• Advance student success and support program quality and innovation.
• Mentor students and colleagues; engage in scholarship and professional engagement across units.
