West Liberty University in West Virginia invites applications for the Program Director of the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. This full-time, 12-month tenure-track faculty role combines program leadership with administrative responsibilities, reporting to the Dean of the College of Sciences.

The director will supervise faculty and staff, oversee ARC-PA required documentation, coordinate admissions and curriculum development, and lead program assessments.

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time higher education experience in a PA program.
• Graduation from an accredited physician assistant program and NCCPA cert.
• Master's degree required; licensure in West Virginia or eligibility.
• Knowledge of ARC-PA standards and accreditation processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and management of the PA program.
• Supervise faculty, staff, and medical director within the PA program.
• Oversee administrative operations, curriculum, and ARC-PA documentation.
• Collaborate with Graduate Studies, Admissions, and Curriculum Committees.
• Represent the PA program at institutional and external activities.
