Job summary

Clarasight is seeking a Business Operations Associate to join our founding team. As one of our first operations hires, you'll help build the internal systems and processes that keep Clarasight running smoothly as we scale.

This role spans revenue operations, people ops, process design, and automation to make the whole business more efficient and effective. You’ll collaborate with leadership, sales, and recruiting to implement durable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of clean systems.
• Comfort with HubSpot, Notion, Slack, or equivalent
• Builder mindset: proactively automates and improves processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions.
• Willing to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving startup.
• Experience in GTM, people ops, or automation is a plus.

• Own GTM operations and keep CRM clean and linked.
• Design processes and manage internal tools.
• Build automations to reduce manual work.
