Qualifications

• Excellent communication and writing skills to interface with customers or partners.
• Knack for sales – onboarding onto sales or previous experience in outbound sales.
• Self-starter who can own projects end-to-end without step-by-step guidance.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across customer success, product, growth, and operations.
• Bias for action – move fast and improve later.
• SQL or coding experience is a plus.
