Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools is excited to hire for a founding Elementary School Teacher in Miami for the 2027–28 school year. You will help establish culture, routines, and academic excellence as part of a team building SA Florida from day one.

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Teaching certification is not required; fluency in English and Spanish is required, and you will work in person in Miami, Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• In-person work in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders and actively seek and apply feedback to strengthen instruction and student outcomes.
• Engage families in students’ academic growth and establish trustful relationships with students and a classroom culture of joy and high expectations.
• Study the SA curriculum deeply and deliver rigorous, engaging instruction for mastery of content.
• Regularly review student work and data to identify changes needed and provide actionable feedback.
