Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree before first day of work with Success Academy. Education background not required.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to strengthen instruction and student outcomes.
• Engage families and build trusting relationships to support student growth.
• Study the Success Academy curriculum and deliver rigorous, engaging instruction.
• Regularly review student work and assessment data to identify improvements.
• Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students with consistent routines and high expectations.
