Success Academy Charter Schools in Miami is hiring founding teachers to launch a new Florida campus with our proven, high-expectations model. As a founding teacher, you will help establish culture, routines, and academic excellence from day one.

No teaching background is required, and we provide world-class coaching, training, and rapid career growth. Candidates must be fluent in English and able to work in person in Miami.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; education background not required.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders and apply feedback to strengthen instruction and student outcomes.
• Serve as ambassador of SA’s Adult Winning Culture with professionalism, ownership, and focus on student success.
• Engage families in students’ academic growth through regular, productive communication.
• Build relationships with students and foster a classroom culture of joy, rigor, and high expectations.
• Study SA curriculum and deliver rigorous instruction that drives mastery.
• Assess student work and provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students.
• Establish routines and expectations to maximize learning.
