Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools is expanding to Florida and seeking founding Miami teachers to launch a high- equity, high-expectations program. No education background required; teachers receive world‑class coaching to thrive in the classroom and beyond.

In this founding role, you will help establish culture, routines, and academic excellence from day one, with career growth opportunities and strong compensation.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work; background in education not required.
• Fluency in English is required; bilingual Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders; apply feedback to strengthen instruction and student outcomes.
• Engage with families to support student growth and behavior.
• Study SA curriculum and deliver rigorous, engaging instruction.
• Regularly review student work and data; reflect and improve.
• Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students; establish routines and expectations.
