Success Academy Charter Schools is launching its founding Miami instructional team. As a founding teacher, you will help establish culture, routines, and academic excellence in Florida from day one, with coaching and a clear path for growth.

You don’t need a teaching certification, but you must be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work in person in Miami. Join us to help 4-year college readiness for every student.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day; education background not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen instruction and student outcomes.
• Engage scholars and families through regular communication.
• Study the SA curriculum and deliver rigorous, engaging lessons.
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback.
• Establish routines and classroom management for 25+ students.
