Job summary
Searchability® is seeking the founding Marketing Lead in San Francisco to build the marketing engine from the ground up. You’ll own the function end-to-end, including paid, organic, content, positioning, launches, and sales enablement—with a clear focus on driving pipeline growth.
You’ll work with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to craft a market-winning narrative, drive measurable results, and shape the playbook as the company scales in a fast-moving, equity-driven environment.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Strong SEO and GEO knowledge.
- Startup or high-growth B2B background.
- Comfortable building from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Run paid ads across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels.
- Manage spend and optimise towards CAC:LTV.
- Drive SEO and GEO performance.
- Build content across blog, landing pages, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Own messaging, positioning, and narrative.
- Support launches and product releases.
- Grow organic presence through LinkedIn and email.
- Build enablement materials for Sales.
- Track performance and iterate quickly.
- Help shape the marketing team as the company scales.
