Job summary

Sauna by Wordware seeks a demand-gen leader in San Francisco to own the full funnel from paid ads to activation. You will build and manage a creator program, an affiliate channel, and a content engine around Sauna’s product, shipping SEO / AEO with an engineering partner.

You will write copy across landing pages, ads, emails, posts, and video briefs, while running end‑to‑end launches and weekly performance reporting. This is a hands‑on, making role with meaningful equity and fast feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel end to end: paid on Meta and Google first, then lifecycle, then everything that compounds around them.
• Run a creator program. A six-figure monthly Meta budget needs 400 to 500 fresh creatives a month to keep working.
• Build an affiliate program and treat it as a real channel. Revenue share, sign‑up, and public signup.
• Build a content engine with the product itself as the subject. Use Sauna to do your own job in public, show real work.
• Ship programmatic SEO and AEO with an engineering partner. Target YouTube, Reddit, and credible third‑party coverage.
• Write the copy yourself. Landing pages, ads, emails, posts, video scripts.
• Run launches end to end: positioning, copy, social, email, video brief, press, community.
• Report one number every week: how many new people heard about Sauna and came to look, and what each one cost.
