Useopenwrench is seeking a Founding Marketing Manager to build and scale its marketing engine in San Francisco. This hands-on role will involve defining the company’s positioning and executing marketing strategies that directly drive growth.

As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will influence the company’s growth strategy while managing campaigns across diverse channels. The position offers competitive salary, equity opportunities, and benefits, all within a fully remote and flexible environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or vertical software.
• Experience owning end-to-end marketing or a major channel such as content or ads.
• Data-driven and analytical, with experience measuring marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel marketing programs to drive qualified pipeline.
• Own organic and paid acquisition, optimizing CAC and conversion.
• Create and manage content and marketing strategies for various platforms.
