Office Hours, a fast-growing on-demand expert network, seeks a Founding Head of Marketing to build the marketing function from the ground up. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will define messaging, positioning, and the narrative that resonates with clients and experts alike.

You’ll own strategy to execution—from assets and content to campaigns—establishing playbooks and scalable processes as the company grows, wearing many hats in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an early marketer at a high-growth, early-stage company.
• Ability to define messaging and positioning and translate it across teams.
• Comfort in building a function from a blank slate and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and product marketing across Sales, CS, Product and customer experience.
• Develop core marketing assets: master sales deck, ICP-specific one-pagers, pricing collateral, category overviews, and website content.
• Build and run content programs to amplify the narrative.
