Job summary

Timber Health is seeking a founding Lead Health & Wellness Coach to build our coaching program from the ground up. You will design the consultation framework, create tools and documentation, and recruit and orient a network of contractor coaches.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own the coaching function end to end, combining program leadership with hands-on coaching as needed, while upholding HIPAA-compliant, client-centered standards.

Qualifications

Active health and wellness coaching credential meeting one of three pathways.
5+ years of health and wellness coaching experience, including direct-to-consumer, cash-pay coaching.
2+ years in lead, supervisory, or program-management capacity over coaches or similar teams.
Experience building coaching programs, curricula, or service-delivery documentation.
Working knowledge of behavior change techniques and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

Design Timber Health's holistic coaching program: consultation structure, wellness checks, and customer journey.
Draft tools, templates, and SOPs coaches use in service delivery.
Source and screen credentialed contractor coaches and build onboarding.
Define KPIs and report coaching performance to executive leadership.
