Job summary

WebMD Health Services is seeking a Wellness Program Coordinator to partner with a client’s health promotion team and deliver well-being programming and face-to-face coaching. The role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and maximizing value from the WebMD relationship, with opportunities to lead initiative planning, coordinate screenings, and promote services across onsite programs.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degree required in a health-related field.
2 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar client-facing experience.
Ability to work independently onsite at client location and manage multiple priorities.
Experience and comfort using Microsoft and Google office products.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Willing and able to occasionally travel to other client locations.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite wellness initiatives and annual engagement strategies.
Develop creative campaigns that increase awareness and participation.
Coordinate health screenings, challenges, educational sessions, and events.
Provide one-on-one, virtual, and group health coaching; motivate behavior change.
Build trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, and site leadership; act as wellness advisor.
Manage multiple projects, track participation, analyze trends, and report findings.
