Job summary

WebMD Health Services is seeking a Wellness Program Coordinator to collaborate with client health promotion teams and deliver well-being programming. You will provide face-to-face health coaching and help raise onsite program awareness, enhancing the value WebMD brings to employers and health plans.

The role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy, coordinating with senior stakeholders to boost engagement and outcomes, and supporting service improvement through data-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree required in a health-related field.
• 2 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar health and wellness client-facing experience.
• Ability to work independently onsite at client location and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Experience and comfort using Microsoft and Google office products.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to occasionally support early morning, evening, or special event programming, as well as periodic travel to other client locations.
• Ideal candidates possess strong communication, adaptability, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience delivering health presentations to groups, in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite wellness initiatives and annual engagement strategies.
• Develop campaigns to increase awareness and participation.
• Coordinate health screenings, challenges, educational sessions, and events.
• Provide one-on-one, virtual, and group health coaching.
• Support program planning and impact assessment with client stakeholders.
• Track participation, analyze trends and provide recommendations.
