Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing, communications, or storytelling for AI/enterprise software/legal tech.
• Experience in law or legal marketing to legal audiences is a plus.
• Strong record of positioning, launches, customer research, and sales enablement.
• Excellent writing and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience directing content and video production and presenting on camera.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools; familiarity with AI architecture helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning and messaging translating tech into customer value.
• Own the editorial calendar and set marketing narrative and priorities.
• Shape launch strategies by defining customer problem, audience, messaging, proof points, and story.
• Write and edit content across website, product pages, emails, blogs, social media, decks, and sales materials.
• Collaborate with executives to turn expertise into posts, videos, panels, and interviews.
• Interview customers and collaborate with Sales/CS to bring buying insights into marketing.
• Direct video and content strategy, create hooks, and present on camera when needed.
• Create sales enablement narratives for brief, mid-level, and enterprise depth.
• Monitor competitors and the AI market; use insights to strengthen messaging.
