Clera Labs, Inc. is seeking a founder-minded product engineer to own the full lifecycle of consumer products—from identifying opportunities through shipping polished experiences to real users.

You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, design, and full-stack engineering, making decisions about what to build, scoping the smallest complete version, and taking responsibility for whether users find it valuable.

Qualificações

• Ship consumer products end-to-end from concept to production.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js.
• Experience designing/building APIs, SQL databases, and data models.
• Hands-on with authentication, payments, subscriptions, and deployment.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
• Comfort using AI development tools while maintaining code quality.
• Background in consumer apps, social tools, or cross-platform development is valuable.
• Founder mentality with strategic thinking and ownership of outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Define product positioning, scope features, and MVP scope for rapid iteration.
• Design user experiences and interfaces to drive adoption and retention.
• Build frontend and backend systems using TS, React, Next.js, Node.js.
• Implement APIs, data models, authentication, and payment systems.
• Set up analytics, run experiments, and monitor production metrics.
• Ship polished MVPs or substantial iterations in 3-7 days, maintaining quality.
• Debug production issues, iterate on feedback, and own retention metrics.
