Job summary

Agentio, an AI-native ad-tech company, seeks a founder-level Head of Creator Media to own every dollar spent with creators and across creator media. You will own repeatable B2B demand pipelines across ABM, paid channels, and inbound, growing the creator side of our marketplace with rigor and transparency.

You will build a scalable demand engine, allocate budgets between creator and traditional channels, and run tests to learn what drives measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with real budgets.
• Led a team of elite marketers who reported to you.
• Experience working with creators: sponsorships, partnerships, or influencer programs.
• Hands-on paid social experience; can set up tracking independently.
• Analytical, able to frame decisions with data for leadership.
• Entrepreneurial: treat budget and company like your own.
• Creative without ego; tests new formats and drops underperformers.
• B2B or marketplace experience; knowledge of AEO is a plus.
• Fluent with AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Build the demand engine from scratch: ABM strategy, Meta, Search, paid LinkedIn, Search, B2B influencer and creator strategy, and a scalable inbound/outbound motion aligned to the product narrative and ICP.
• Make creator media a core performance channel for Agentio. Decide how much of our paid budget goes to creators versus traditional channels, and back that allocation with data.
• Run Agentio's own campaigns on Agentio. Be our most demanding power user and a source of product insight for the team.
• Own AEO: how Agentio shows up when a marketer asks ChatGPT or Google about creator advertising.
• Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number: set targets, track performance, and report with clarity and confidence.
