Job summary

Strella is seeking a senior recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for GTM and Engineering. You will partner with founders and GTM leaders to define role requirements, build interview plans, and drive the recruiting process from intake to offer.

You will source through LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, Gem, and other channels, maintain a warm bench, and close candidates by communicating Strella's story, equity opportunities, and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Experience building recruiting processes from scratch.
• Proactive sourcing mindset independent of inbound.
• Ability to evaluate GTM candidates (AEs, SDRs/BDRs, CSMs, SEs, marketers).
• Experience in venture-backed B2B SaaS or AI recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches for GTM and Engineering roles.
• Define role scorecards and interview plans with hiring managers.
• Close candidates by telling Strella's story, equity, and traction.
• Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, sequencing tools, referrals, and networks.
• Maintain a warm bench to move quickly on openings.
• Create structured interviews, scorecards, take-home exercises, and debriefs.
