Known, a San Francisco-based consumer AI company, seeks a Founding Go-To-Market Operator to partner with the founders. You will scale an AI-driven consumer product from 0 to 100,000 users, building community and coordinating branded partnerships in launch cities.

You will own growth initiatives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment and help shape the brand’s voice across channels while working directly with leadership to define GTM playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage startups or high-performance environments.
• Proven ability to design and execute 0–1 GTM strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the 0–1 GTM strategy to reach 100,000 users in US launch cities.
• Scale a user-generated content program to drive organic growth and brand awareness.
• Build and nurture the Known community through events and strategic partnerships.
