Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a zero-to-one leader to build GTM for AgentSpot from zero to scalable success. You will work closely with the CEO, product team, ThoughtSpot's customer base, and the GTM organization to land the first 20 customers and craft the playbook for 200.

You’ll own GTM strategy, run growth across content, social, community, events, outbound, partnerships, and product-led growth, and build a repeatable model that scales with demand.

Qualifications

• Experience building GTM for AI or data products.
• 1 experience leading growth across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own Agentspot GTM: define ICP, use cases, positioning and channels.
• 3 Build a repeatable growth model for 200+ customers.
• Run content, social, events, outbound and partnerships.
• Pitch and demo to first 20 customers; convert to advocates.
• Collaborate with Product to gather user signals and improve product.
