Aristotle, based in San Francisco, seeks a founding operations/GTM generalist to scale our AI tutoring platform from hundreds to thousands of students. You will own customer acquisition, partnerships with educational institutions, and build scalable systems to measure growth and success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in operations, growth, or GTM at early-stage startups (pre-seed to Series A).
• Proven ability to build new channels or processes with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and scrappy, self-directed problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer acquisition and partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
• Design scalable operational systems and KPIs to support scaling from pilots to thousands of users.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and refine GTM strategy through rapid experimentation.
