Job summary

Bedrock Energy is transforming building heating and cooling with carbon-free geothermal energy. The first commercial team member will own the full sales cycle and help shape our go-to-market strategy as we scale.

Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the incoming VP of Commercial, you will build a high-impact sales function, attract customers, and drive revenue while traveling 25-50% to meet clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of analytical, customer-facing experience in BD or sales.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Sheets.
• Clear, persuasive communication and ownership in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full sales cycle from pipeline to close.
• Shapes GTM strategy and collaborates with CEO and VP of Commercial.
• Opportunities to grow into a leadership role as the company scales.
