Job summary

Weave is seeking a hands-on sales engineer in San Francisco to help move faster in a high-growth environment. You will collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product to build pipeline, automate sales processes, and create technical assets that accelerate deals.

You’ll apply a software engineering background and exceptional communication to explain complex concepts to engineers and executives, with a bias toward action in a fast-paced startup. This is a 5‑day in-office role in SF.

Qualifications

• Must have a software engineering background with production code experience and understanding of CI/CD and SDLC.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex tech to engineers and executives.
• Self-motivated, comfortable in ambiguity, and fast-paced; willing to build processes from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action.
• This role is 5 days in the office in SF.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline across systems, sales, and marketing to drive opportunities.
• Partner with founders, engineers, and product to automate sales and onboarding processes.
• Create technical enablement assets: demos, reference architectures, integration guides, and documentation.
• Help refine outbound, pricing, expansion, and sales playbooks; adapt as we grow.
• Be flexible: hunters of logos and designers of internal systems as needed.
