Job summary

Weave is seeking a founding product engineer to shape the product and technical foundation from day one. You’ll own end-to-end feature work, collaborate with CTO Andrew and CEO Adam, and help define the architecture of a platform used by millions of engineers.

You’ll be in a fast-paced SF office culture, own outcomes, and get early equity plus comprehensive benefits. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to impact product direction and technical strategy.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong, pragmatic engineer who can own end-to-end work.
• Able to ship features while balancing speed and quality.
• Comfortable in a startup with evolving priorities.
• Excellent collaboration with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers to understand pain points and requests.
• Design and plan potential solutions for new features.
• Write the backend for new features and the frontend for new features.
• Provision the infrastructure to support new features.
• Release features and collect customer feedback.
• Handle bugs quickly and push for long-term fixes.
• This role is 5 days in office in SF.
