Job summary

Hearth is building the next layer of an AI growth system for local home-improvement contractors, creating an AI employee to autonomously generate sales. You will own the GTM engineering stack, delivering routing, scoring, and AI agents that move revenue and efficiency.

This is the founding seat with leadership runway and a focus on measurable impact. Location-based in NYC; you will work in-person with the team (3+ days/week) as Hearth scales new products and go-to-market motions across routing,

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market systems for Hearth’s GTM engine.
• Improve inbound routing, lead scoring, and outbound motion.
• Build integrations between CRM, enrichment, and scoring.
• Define and ship AI-enabled workflows and agents.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to move revenue and headcount metrics.
