Job summary

Legion Health in San Francisco, CA is hiring a Founding GTM Engineer to design and own the AI-native provider-partnership and referral infrastructure. You will map clinics, physicians, and enterprise relationships, enabling scalable referrals and secure data flows.

You will build and own CRM architecture, outbound pipelines, data integrations, and AI-enabled workflows, collaborating with product, sales, engineering, and compliance teams to accelerate referrals and care delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM engineering or revenue operations.
• 3+ years owning CRM architecture and outbound infra.
• Strong SQL and production code skills.
• Deep CRM fluency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, or similar.
• Experience with APIs, ETL, and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Select and architect Legion’s provider-partnership CRM as the source of truth.
• Design durable account hierarchies linking clinicians and locations.
• Build provider prospecting data layer from multiple sources.
• Create account-scoring and territory systems based on geography and volume.
• Build outbound workflows across email, phone, and social channels.
• Map champions and executives to drive bottom-up and top-down selling.
• Provide CRM and data modeling to enable efficient referrals.
• Deploy AI-assisted workflows for research, enrichment, and routing.
• Develop omnichannel intake to convert referrals into structured records.
• Automate referral processing, including matching and deduplication.
• Connect referral intake to eligibility and onboarding workflows.
• Own end-to-end attribution across all partners and channels.
• Integrate provider CRM, Legion databases, and analytics into one data flow.
• Build dashboards for market coverage and revenue impact.
• Ensure HIPAA and PHI handling as core product requirements.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions and drive adoption with playbooks.
