Job summary

Legion Health seeks a Founding GTM Engineer to build the AI-enabled provider-partnership infrastructure behind our referral motion. You’ll own the technical architecture from market mapping and outbound through referral intake, attribution, onboarding, and partner reporting.

You will integrate CRM, product, analytics, and patient-engagement systems, enabling bottom-up and top-down selling. This role combines hands-on coding, data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or related systems-building roles.
• 3+ years directly owning CRM architecture, GTM automation, data pipelines, or outbound infrastructure.
• Experience with HIPAA, data governance, and security in healthcare integrations.
• Ability to ship end-to-end revenue workflows and partner-facing tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect Legion’s provider-partnership CRM and data model as source of truth.
• Design durable account hierarchies spanning clinics, locations, and partnerships.
• Build data layers for provider prospecting using public and internal datasets.
• Create account-scoring and territory systems for targeted outreach.
• Develop outbound workflows across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
• Map stakeholders across bottom-up and top-down sales motions.
• Own end-to-end attribution across referrals, campaigns, and journeys.
• Integrate CRM, analytics, and patient-engagement systems into one flow.
• Ensure secure, compliant workflows with HIPAA and data governance.
