Job summary

Eventual is seeking a founding member of its sales and growth team to scale the distribution network of insurance agents. This in-person, full-time role will focus on generating leads, booking demos, and refining messaging to accelerate growth across the US.

You will own the CRM hygiene, track performance for the founders, and collaborate with leadership to position the product effectively in a fast-moving, legacy industry.

• Experience generating leads and setting meetings with industry professionals.
• Ability to test and deploy growth automation tools.
• Strong messaging and product positioning skills.
• Excellent CRM hygiene, data tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities
