As Growth & Operations analyst you will own demand generation across growth and sales: outbound reach, inbound qualification, and scalable growth systems to expand our top of funnel and close more deals. This is a founding role with significant upside and the chance to shape early processes, metrics, and customer

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of experience in a role with outcome ownership (sales, high-growth startup, consulting/finance)
• Proven track record of achieving results in competitive environments
• Interest in ownership, ambiguity, and rapid execution

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation across growth and sales, including outbound and inbound activities
• Outbound: reach prospects through calls to book meetings
• Inbound: qualify pipeline and close deals with interested customers
• Growth: build scalable systems, generate and enrich leads, create sequences, and stand up new verticals to expand top of funnel
