• 2+ years in high-growth startups, consulting, banking, or similar.
• Proven ownership mindset, ambiguity tolerance, and fast execution.
• Track record of impressive achievements in life, professionally or academically.

Responsibilities

• Growth: own, launch, and grow an industry vertical core to our business.
• Operations: partner with carriers to place coverage and transact on policies.
• Product: translate operations work into scalable, agent-led workflows.
