Job summary

Fulcrum, based in San Francisco, is building an AI-powered platform to automate insurance broker workflows. As Founding Operator, you will work with the leadership to tackle the most ambiguous problems, shaping strategy and execution across product, GTM, and operations.

You will own cross-functional initiatives, deploy AI-powered processes, and craft investor-grade materials as the company scales. This is a hands-on, in-person role with equity and high growth potential.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience at MBB or elite investment banks
• Strong executive presence with senior leadership & investors
• Analytical rigor across modeling & board-ready deliverables
• Humility with high internal standards and collaborative approach
• AI-native mindset and familiarity with frontier models
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate for in-person work

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to shape strategy and GTM plans
• Work cross-functionally with product and customer success on deployments
• Build GTM workflows and operational dashboards
• Own unbounded projects with fast iteration and impact
