Autumn in Brooklyn is building an AI-native platform for independent hotels, and we're seeking an entrepreneurial marketer to own marketing and partnerships from day one. You'll shape our story, create campaigns, and build distribution that reaches hotel owners.

You'll work hands-on across website, emails, content, events, and partnerships, reporting to the Founder & CEO. You should be a strong writer, data-driven, and able to move fast with a small team in a startup setting.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial marketer with a track record of owned initiatives.
• Excellent writer and storyteller capable of simplifying complex products.
• Able to build partnerships and drive measurable demand.

Responsibilities

• Build marketing and partnerships from the ground up and take ownership.
• Develop positioning, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with hotel owners.
• Create content across website, emails, social channels, and case studies.
• Develop distribution partnerships and measure their impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate growth.
