Pursuit is seeking a Founding Growth Marketing Lead to launch its marketing and partnerships function from the ground up in New York. You will own the launch from stealth and build an inbound growth engine from scratch, working directly with the Founder & CEO in Williamsburg.

This role demands a highly entrepreneurial operator who can design and run the initial demand generation motion across marketing, partnerships, content, events, and referrals, with full autonomy over budget and strategy.

Our client is building its marketing and partnerships function from the ground up. Currently, their growth is 100% driven by cold outbound. As the Founding Growth Marketing Lead, you will own our client's launch out of stealth and build their inbound growth engine from scratch.

Working directly alongside the Founder & CEO, you will operate with high agency, broad ownership, and no micromanagement to help establish the company as an emerging category leader in hospitality technology.

Territory: New York City (In-person in Williamsburg, Brooklyn).

What You’ll Do

• Run In-Home Deals (Launch & Inbound): Lead the press launch out of stealth and build the inbound growth motion from scratch across marketing, partnerships, community, content, referrals, and events.
• Be the Local Expert: Walk independent hotel owners and hospitality partners through solid distribution and marketing strategies, clear positioning, and straight answers—no corporate double-talk.
• Work Your Neighborhoods: Build out strategic industry partnerships, customer advocacy networks, and referral programs to land high-value, self-generated inbound leads.

What You Need

• Growth Marketing: Real experience helping build and scale an early-stage company, vertical SaaS platform, or fast-growing technology brand—not sitting behind a corporate desk doing incremental tweaks.
• Proven Close Rate: Highly entrepreneurial, analytical, and hands-on storytelling skills with a track record of running acquisition experiments that generate qualified demand.
