TalentPluto, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking its first marketing hire to build the growth function from scratch. You will translate engineering results into market-facing content and plan product launches, working with founders, engineers, and customers in person with a small SF team.

This role blends strategy, creative work, project management and execution. You will measure marketing effectiveness, drive founder-led content, and help establish events and media relations in a fast-moving AI

Qualifications

3+ years in marketing, growth, communications, content, community, or a similarly broad role.
Experience in an early-stage environment with no pre-built strategy, process, or assets.
Exceptional writing, with a portfolio of work you personally created.
Strong taste and judgment on messaging, content, and creative quality.
Proactive and organized, comfortable working directly with founders, engineers, and customers.
Willing to work in person in San Francisco.
