You will make data-driven decisions, learn about customers’ problems, and collaborate with product, sales, and operations to ensure consistent messaging. This role requires 3+ years in marketing and a hands-on approach to execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in early stage marketing / growth or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels including social media, events, email campaigns, and digital content.
• Develop high-quality content that educates and resonates with our audience.
• Maintain and optimize Confido’s website to support new feature releases and inbound leads.
• Make data-driven decisions about priority areas of investment and growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
