Confido Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance & Strategy Manager to drive strategic finance, FP&A, reporting, and cross-functional operational initiatives with direct impact on executive decisions.

You will work closely with the leadership team to shape company growth and financial strategy. This role emphasizes building financial models, pricing strategy, market sizing, and unit economics, while collaborating with data and engineering to unlock insights across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, consulting, and/or strategic finance.
• Ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-growing startup.
• Exceptional financial modeling with minimal oversight.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with ownership and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with founders and exec team on strategic finance priorities, fundraising, board reporting, and investor comms.
• Build and own financial models for pricing, sizing, and unit economics.
• Lead ad hoc strategic analyses on market opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Revenue to forecast pipeline and revenue, informing GTM strategy.
• Create external materials for investors, boards, and strategic partners.
