Job summary

Confido is hiring for a NYC-based marketing role focused on growth and content. You will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, create compelling content, and continuously optimize the website to drive qualified inbound leads.

You will make data-driven decisions, learn about customers’ problems, and collaborate with product, sales, and operations to ensure consistent messaging. This role requires 3+ years in marketing and a hands-on approach to execution.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and execute innovative marketing initiatives across multiple channels including social media, events, email campaigns, and digital content

• Develop high-quality content that educates and resonates with our audience, from newsletters and video tutorials of Confido’s platform to in-depth product announcements

• Maintain and continuously optimize Confido’s website to support new feature releases, enhance user experience, and drive qualified inbound leads

• Make data-driven decisions about priority areas of investment and strategies for growth

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in early stage marketing / growth, investment banking, consulting, or investing

• Ability to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with our various buyer personas

• Excited to learn about our customers and understand their problems

• Analytical, data-driven, and can adapt to market feedback

• Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
