Job summary

3Search in New York is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer to own pipeline generation for a Series B AI platform. You’ll design campaigns, build assets, run weekly experiments, and be directly accountable for qualified pipeline for the sales team.

You’ll run 3-5+ demand experiments weekly across LinkedIn, email, paid social and paid search; build target account lists with RevOps and Sales; design end-to-end sequences and report results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B tech.
• Capable of end-to-end campaign execution without external support.
• Hands-on ABM targeting, account mapping and personalized outreach.

Responsibilities

• Run 3-5+ demand generation experiments per week across LinkedIn, email, paid social and paid search.
• Own a pipeline number with campaigns tied to qualified opportunities for sales.
• Build and manage target account lists with RevOps and Sales; map contacts in priority accounts.
• Design and execute full campaign sequences: strategy, copy, assets and reporting.
• Create landing pages, email sequences and LinkedIn creatives; leverage AI tools.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track performance in HubSpot; report what's working.
• Ensure campaigns are on-brand and aligned with wider messaging strategy.
