Job summary

Searchability® is seeking a sharp, hands-on growth marketer to lead the full programmatic growth function as a founding role in a new market. You will own channel strategy, offers, messaging, and conversion paths to generate qualified pipeline and revenue from day one.

You’ll be deep in ad accounts while shaping where the next dollar goes, moving fast with AI tools, Clay, automation, and a lean stack to maximize performance. This is an in-person role in New York.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in growth marketing or demand generation.
• Strong paid social and paid search experience.
• Proven impact on pipeline, CAC, or LTV:CAC.
• Startup experience and hands-on ad accounts.
• Degree from a Top 20 school.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the full programmatic growth function
• Manage paid social, paid search, programmatic, and third-party media
• Build feedback loops between ad data, CRM outcomes, and revenue
• Create the marketing engine for a new market segment
• Track pipeline, CAC, and revenue performance
• Partner closely with sales on commercial goals
• Use automation and AI to move fast and stay lean
