You have hands-on experience running paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit) and optimizing SEO/GEO channels, plus the ability to collaborate with founders and sales to align product messaging and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing or B2B demand generation.
• Hands-on experience running paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit).
• Experience optimizing SEO/GEO channels.
• Comfort building a marketing function from scratch in a fast-paced startup.
• Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the content marketing engine — blog posts, landing pages, case studies, customer stories, one-pagers, battlecards, and launch content
• Develop and refine core messaging and positioning with founders and sales to align with product and customers
• Drive SEO and GEO to increase organic inbound demo bookings
• Own and execute paid advertising strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels
