Job summary

USA Tech Recruit is seeking a Founding Growth Lead for an ambitious AI logistics company. The role is hands-on and owns the entire demand-gen engine, from funnel analytics to pipeline creation, reporting to leadership in a fast-moving startup environment.

You’ll design and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, ABM, content, SEO), partner with Sales, Product and AI teams, and continually test and optimize to accelerate enterprise growth. Onsite 4–5 days/week in San Francisco or New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; academic background from a highly regarded university preferred.
• Proven experience building a demand generation function from 0→1.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the demand generation engine from 0→1, generating qualified top-of-funnel demand.
• Develop, launch, and optimize acquisition strategies across paid, email, ABM, content, and SEO.
• Own marketing operations infrastructure including attribution, automation, CRM reporting, and funnel analytics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and AI teams to align messaging with product developments.
• Experiment with new channels and messaging to drive meaningful enterprise pipeline.
• Improve website conversion and lead capture through optimization.
