Job summary

Lightsage in San Francisco is hiring a founding Growth lead to build Lightsage’s growth engine from the ground up. This full-time, on-site role collaborates with the founders across brand, marketing, design, community, and growth strategy.

You will design campaigns, create product marketing pages, run outbound experiments, develop event materials, and translate customer results into compelling stories. You will own how Lightsage looks, sounds, and grows, shaping the company’s future.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing, startup environment, or brand campaigns.
• Ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling messaging.
• Proven data-driven approach to prioritizing experiments.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Develop Lightsage’s growth strategy across channels.
• Create marketing assets: landing pages, content, decks, and stories.
• Run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention.
• Turn customer and product insights into positioning and campaigns.
• Build repeatable content, lead generation, and measurement systems.
• Plan and host developer and AI community events and launches.
• Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering on GTM messaging.
• Establish early metrics, workflows, and playbooks for growth.
