Job summary

Lightsage is seeking a Founding Product Manager to define product strategy and lead execution across agent analytics, API performance, content optimization, and customer-facing recommendations. You will work directly with the founders, engineers, and customers to identify valuable problems, set priorities, write clear requirements, and ship products from discovery through adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product mgmt, data ops, analytics, or related B2B roles.
• Experience owning a technical or data-intensive product such as API, integration platform, analytics product, or developer tool.
• Track record of taking ambiguous customer problems from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience building or scaling a team, onboarding motion, or recurring customer workflow.
• Direct customer experience in requirements gathering, implementation, account ownership, or product feedback.
• Knowledge of APIs, data integrations, analytics, data pipelines, and modern software delivery.
• Strong written communication and translating requirements into product decisions.
• High ownership and execution in an early-stage startup.
• Finance/ops software experience is helpful.
