Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Founding Growth Engineer for an in-person, founding GTM role in San Francisco or New York. You will own the full demand-generation motion, build scalable GTM systems, and craft compelling narratives that drive early traction into repeatable pipeline.

This is a hands-on role for a storyteller-builder who thrives in a high-growth startup. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and CX to refine ICP, messaging, and growth experiments, measuring impact and iterating rapidly as

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in growth or demand generation at an early-stage or high-growth B2B tech company
• Exceptional storyteller with ability to turn insights into content and campaigns creating demand
• Built creative, account-based growth programs across outbound, content, referrals, events, partnerships, community
• Technical and systems-minded; comfortable building workflows, automations, and using new GTM tools
• Analytical and experimental; tests ideas, measures impact on demand and pipeline, scales what works
• Deeply cross-functional operator who partners with Sales, Product, and customer-facing teams to sharpen ICP and messaging

Responsibilities

• Build the demand-generation engine across ABM, outbound, referrals, events, partnerships, and other channels to create qualified demand
• Build the systems behind growth using data, signals, enrichment, and automation; create scalable workflows with Clay and Monaco
• Develop Lighthouse into a category-defining brand with narratives, content, and customer/founder stories
• Own segmentation, account strategy, and outbound messaging; continuously test ways to reach target companies and people
• Turn customer insights into growth through tight feedback loops with Sales, CX, Legal, and Product
• Find what works, experiment with new channels, measure impact on pipeline, and scale repeatable programs
